Dominique Pando Bucci is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Pando Bucci Law, PLLC, a business and investor immigration law firm.

Pando Bucci Law represents foreign individuals and multinational corporations in the areas of complex business and family immigration law, consular processing, and naturalization.
Our Founder
Dominique Pando Bucci is a multilingual business and investor immigration attorney. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and German, and conversant in Italian.
Dominique has been invited to speak about immigration issues at the local and national level, and her articles have been published by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and by Law360 as Expert Opinions.
She is a member of the AILA National EB-5 Investor Committee and Business Distance Learning Committee and is an assigned observer of the USCIS Committee. She is a past Chair of the AILA South Florida Business and Investment Committee and served on the AILA National U.S. Department of State (DOS) Liaison Committee.

Dominique earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated fifth in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the FIU Law Review.
Dominique is a German Chancellor Fellow (Bundeskanzler-Stipendiatin) of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, and the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt) sponsored her research comparing German and U.S. business immigration laws and policies. She is an active member of the Argentine-American Chamber of Commerce and the German-American Business Chamber of Commerce.

Dominique is Argentinian-American of Italian descent and was born and grew up in Germany. Her family moved to Miami after winning the Green Card lottery.
